Festive Eating Without Guilt

If you’ve been eating more treats, drinking more than usual, attending parties or eating food cooked by others - please take a breath. You are not off track. This is the festive season. December is not a normal month. Your routine shifts, your load increases, and your hormones are more sensitive to all of it.
