I offer personalised 1:1 nutrition support for women 40+ who are struggling with fatigue, weight gain, cravings, poor sleep, and hormone-related symptoms.

Initial Consultation 

                    A 90-minute deep dive into your health, symptoms, and goals, with clear, personalised guidance to

                help you understand what is going on and where to start.

                   

                   Together, we will look at:

                   

                   your symptoms and health history

                   nutrition, lifestyle, and stress patterns

                   potential root causes driving how you feel

                   practical, realistic steps to begin supporting your body

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions (45 minutes) are available if you would like continued guidance and support after your initial consultation.

These sessions allow us to:

  • review progress

  • adjust your plan as your body responds

  • troubleshoot challenges

  • continue moving things forward at your pace

Investment £197

Follow-up sessions are designed for ongoing support in stages.

Please note that between-session support and structured guidance are only included within the 4-month programme.

4-Month 1:1 Programme

This is my signature programme for women who want to properly address what is going on in their body and feel supported throughout the process.

Over 4 months, we work together to:

  • stabilise energy and reduce fatigue

  • support hormones, metabolism, and stress response

  • reduce cravings and improve your relationship with food

  • rebuild sleep and recovery

  • create a personalised approach that fits your life

You are supported every step of the way, with guidance, accountability, and ongoing adjustments as your body changes.

Meet Catherine

I’m Catherine Steel - a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women in their 40s and 50s who feel tired, overwhelmed, hormonally out of sync, and unsure what their body needs anymore. I’ve been exactly where you are, and I know how confusing it feels when symptoms are real - but your tests say “everything is normal.”

My approach is compassionate, practical and root-cause-focused. I connect the dots between stress, hormones, blood sugar, gut health, nutrients and metabolism, so you finally understand what your body is trying to tell you - and how to support it. You don’t have to figure this out alone.
