My Journey (and Why I Do This Work)

Before I ever trained in nutrition, I was exhausted, wired, overwhelmed and barely getting through the day. I slept for hours and still woke up tired. I had heavy or irregular periods, headaches, knee pain and a level of fatigue that didn’t make sense. I kept thinking something must be deeply wrong — yet every time I sought help, my tests came back “within range.”

I wasn’t in a disease state, so nothing looked serious enough for treatment. But inside? My body was struggling — and no one joined the dots.

​

It turned out that what I was experiencing was exactly what many women feel in the early stages of perimenopause, but without a name for it or a plan to support it. My cortisol was high, I was depleted in key nutrients, my thyroid was sluggish at a cellular level, my gut was impacted by years of antibiotics, and my oestrogen and progesterone were completely out of balance. I wasn’t broken — I was overwhelmed on every system.

But at the time, I didn’t know any of this.
All I knew was that I was functioning… but not truly living.
And like so many women, I assumed the problem must be me — lack of willpower, not trying hard enough, not coping like everyone else seemed to.

​

But none of that was true.
My body simply needed support.

​

When I began training in nutritional therapy, everything clicked into place. I learned that women’s symptoms rarely come from one single cause — they’re the result of multiple systems under strain at the same time: stress hormones running too high, nutrient depletion, gut and liver overload, blood sugar swings, poor recovery, metabolic slowdown, thyroid under-conversion and years of pushing through.

Most women don’t need a diagnosis — they need someone who understands how these systems interact, and how to rebuild their foundations in the right order.

​

That’s why I created The Hormone Rebalance Formula.

​

It’s the programme I wish had existed for me:


Clear. Compassionate. Rooted in science but easy to follow.
Not extreme. Not restrictive.
Just step-by-step support for your physiology, your energy, your metabolism and your stress system — at a pace your life can handle.

Because the truth is:


Not every woman needs every layer of support.


But every woman needs someone who knows how to assess which layers she needs — and in what order.​

My approach isn’t about quick fixes, calorie-cutting or “just try harder.”


It’s about rebuilding the foundations that actually make your body work again — so energy returns, weight loss becomes easier and you finally feel grounded, calm and in control.
