I’m Catherine Steel — a Nutritional Therapist specialising in women in their 40s and 50s who feel tired, overwhelmed, hormonally out of sync, and unsure what their body needs anymore. I’ve been exactly where you are, and I know how confusing it feels when symptoms are real — but your tests say “everything is normal.”
