FAQS AKA How Does it work? 

 

Will I need to restrict myself?

 

No, absolutely not! The 10-Day Kickstart isn’t a diet. It’s a short-term eating plan to give your body the break it needs and pave the way for weight loss. 

We are not restricting calories (you’ve likely been there, done that and seen no progress). What it does do is break free from the things that are common culprits for inflammation and toxic overload and help the body to be more efficient at what it needs to do - especially detoxification. 
 

What if I miss the LIVE coaching calls?

The three LIVE coaching calls are an opportunity to get 1-1 advice to help you get the most out of this program. If you miss them, they will be saved in the Facebook Group so you can watch them in your own time. 

If you can't make a call, but have questions, you can get support in the Facebook Group and your questions will be answered at the beginning of the calls. 

Will it supercharge my metabolism? 

The 10-Day Kickstart isn’t about ‘hacking’ your metabolism. It’s simply a way to allow the body to naturally move away from the slow down that has been happening as a result of toxic overload, inflammation and blood sugar imbalances (to name but a few of the culprits). 
 

What can I eat? 

 

Plenty of the good stuff!  You will be eating lots of REAL food. You’ll receive simple, delicious and nutritious meal ideas as part of the 10-Day Kickstart to give you inspiration and keep you on track during the 10 days. 

 

What if I get overwhelmed? 

 

You can get lots of support throughout the 10 days to help you navigate any challenges that come up. You can ask questions in the Facebook group as they arise and get a personalised response. Also, there will be a live coaching and Q&A session every day at 1pm to support you. 

 

Will I feel rubbish? 

 

As your body starts to release toxins, you may notice a few side effects but these are usually mild. If you’ve been eating lots of sugar prior to starting the 10 Day Kickstart, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as headaches but again, these tend to be mild and they won’t last for too long. By the end of the 10 days, most people will feel a lot better than when they first started so it’s worth it! 

 

What if I want to build on the progress I make? 

At the end of the 10 days, you'll have the opportunity to book a FREE 45 minute Weightloss Blocker Assessment. On this call, we identify what may have been keeping you stuck in the past, and get clarity on the path to help you achieve your goals. 

 

What if I don’t feel like it’s a good fit for me?

I want to make sure you love it!  I know even the smallest of investments make you think twice. So I am taking away all of the risk.  If at any time in the next 7 days you think this is not AT LEAST worth the investment, all you need to do is email us and let us know and we will refund you in full.
