I’m a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in helping women like you overcome fatigue, weight gain, brain fog and burnout.
Feeling so tired all the time is common but that doesn’t mean you have to put up with it or that’s an inevitable part of getting older as a woman.
I was permanently exhausted and full of brain fog but doctors couldn’t find anything “wrong” and my test results came back as “normal”.
Yet I couldn’t function at all and I had a long list of health issues - hormone imbalances, weight gain, IBS, joint pain, anxiety, depression and a constant craving for carbs and salty foods (to name but a few).
Yes, I wanted to lose weight, but the weight wasn’t really the issue. It was a sign of chronic problems in my body, which had been partly created by a life of stress and nutrient depletion.
My story is so similar to what my clients are going through. No matter how lost or hopeless you may feel right now, I’m proof that you can get yourself into a much better place, both physically and emotionally.
It’s also why I’m so passionate about supporting others on their journey.
